My sales rep is Jeff King. Sometimes I think he can read my mind because he always seems to call right when I need to place an order. He's not pushy, super nice to talk to and helpful if you have a problem, which is very rare. We buy our gate remotes from Community Controls and only once had an issue that had to do with numbering. Jeff fixed it right away and we didn't miss a beat. I recommend both Community Controls and Jeff King!

I cannot complain with the speed and excellent service I received from Jordan Richardson in the process of getting what I needed. I met this company at a national conference two years ago and will not use anyone else. Most companies will purchase gate remotes, fobs, key chains from their preferred gate company and will get charged more than what the item costs. Community Controls gives the price they get the remotes at and the shipping is fast and one flat rate. I had to do a rush order of 1000 remotes and received the next day. Customer service is always spot on. I recommend this company to anyone I talk to who has the need for gate remotes, pool access cards, or even the systems themselves.
